About Nicole Burns

As a 3rd Generation native of Delray Beach, Nicole knows the area quite well. It is no secret to many that her success lies in her positive attitude and daily approach to life. Nicole’s ability to connect and form relationships quickly serves her well and results in long-term relationships.

Nicole has been in sales for over 20 years and is a skilled and tenacious negotiator. She is proud to be part of the Jennifer Kilpatrick luxury Team. Being part of a team allows for each client to have the Best possible service.

Nicole lives by her motto of “Everything is possible” Her clients have described her as someone who goes the extra mile, is incredibly persistent and never gives up until the goal is achieved.

In Nicole’s free time she enjoys time with her family, boating, cooking, fitness and traveling. Nicole also believes in paying it forward every day by doing random acts of kindness. She loves to see people smile. Nicole is also the membership director of the Delray Beach Rotary Club where they practice “Service over Self”. She enjoys mentoring others and empowering everyone around her to become the best version of themselves.
