About Micki Averick

Upbeat, motivated and energetic, Micki brings her charisma and work ethic to the Jennifer Kilpatrick Team. As a consummate people person and natural collaborator, relationships are the key to her success. She is known for careful listening, straightforward guidance and compassion. Micki is driven to help buyers and sellers feel comfortable and confident that they are making the right decisions - and recognized for doing all she can to exceed their expectations.

 

Micki graduated from The George Washington University with a Finance degree, and received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley of Law. She began her career as a commercial litigator and transferred that expertise to legal recruiting in New York City. Micki is able to skillfully leverage her vast network of contacts, and is adept at communicating effectively and transparently with people on both sides of the table.

 

Originally from Philadelphia, Micki is a devoted Philly sports fan. She and her husband Rob raised their sons in Fairfield County, Connecticut, where they resided for 20 years. Once the nest was empty, they relocated to Delray Beach, and have fallen in love with South Florida, soaking up all the benefits of living in paradise. When not assisting real estate clients, Micki can be found practicing in the yoga studio, attending live music, playing poker and simply enjoying Delray - from its fantastic restaurants, to the art scene and the spectacular outdoors!
