Lilia is an ambitious self-starter with a passion for real estate, architecture, and design. Having worked for her father’s architectural firm, Lilia developed a natural interest and understanding of residential construction. She has tremendous skill in contract knowledge, transaction coordination, business strategy, and tech-savvy marketing. She prides herself on being an integral part of The Jennifer Kilpatrick Team, having handled at a high level the details and nuances of over $300M worth of new construction and luxury transactions. As a West Palm Beach resident living in the SOSO neighborhood and graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, Lilia holds excellent local insight throughout the coastal Palm Beach County communities.
Outside of work, Lilia can be found enjoying the local restaurant scene with her husband Stefan or at the beach soaking in the South Florida sunshine. Lilia has a passion for ministry and outreach both locally and abroad. Lilia loves to laugh and has a great sense of humor. She is known for her willingness to help and serve those around her.
