Born and raised in New Canaan, Connecticut, Colin Hughes brings East Coast polish and global perspective to the South Florida luxury market. Now residing in West Palm Beach’s sought-after Southland Park neighborhood, Colin embodies the energy, discipline, and lifestyle that define coastal living. His mornings often begin with a run along Flagler Drive or an early tee time at the Country Club of Florida.

A graduate of SMU’s Cox School of Business, Colin began his career in finance and business development, partnering with executives and investors to raise capital and grow emerging companies. This background, combined with a sharp eye for architecture and design, gives him a distinct edge in identifying value and guiding clients through complex transactions with confidence.

Having lived in the Bahamas, Los Angeles, and now Palm Beach, Colin offers a refined understanding of global luxury markets and an instinct for what today’s buyers and sellers expect. As part of the Jennifer Kilpatrick Team, one of Florida’s top-producing teams with more than $150M in annual sales, he’s recognized for his clear communication, consistency, and ability to execute at the highest level.
